Solenne is more than just olive oil; it is a tribute to the ancient lands of Lebanon.  

 

For generations, the Eid family have tended to the locally grown olives that give our Extra Virgin oil it's distinctive, robust flavour profile.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil  

Our flagship, it features a peppery finish with notes of freshly cut grass and green almond.  

Each olive is carefully harvested in the mountains of Lebanon and cold-pressed with haste.

1-Carefully Picked  

Each olive is gently harvested at peak ripeness, ensuring exceptional purity, lasting freshness, and optimal flavour.  

2-Cold Pressed  

Olives are crushed shortly after harvest using traditional stone mills and then cold-pressed below 27°C to protect aroma and flavour.  

3-Safely Bottled  

Filled and sealed in a strictly controlled, gluten-free environment, to ensure absolute safety and integrity.
